Tap your phone on the Helppet-TAG. After verifying it's a Helppet device, if it isn't linked to a pet yet, a form will open to create the profile.

2. Fill in the details form to register your pet

Provide information about your pet: name, breed, characteristics, preferably recent photos.

3. Once your pet's profile is filled in, scan the Helppet-TAG again

Your pet will be registered on the platform and you'll be able to see it from your profile.

4. Now your pet will be registered on Helppet with the Helppet-TAG system!

Now scan the Helppet-TAG with your phone whenever you want and you'll be able to see your pet's profile.

How do I activate my Helppet Tag when I receive it?

Inside the packaging you'll find step-by-step instructions to activate your Helppet Tag. You'll also have access to an online tutorial showing you how to scan the tag, link it to your profile and correctly associate it with your pet.

Does it work with any phone?

It works with most current NFC-enabled smartphones. If someone finds your pet, they just need to tap their phone against the tag to quickly access its profile.

Do I need to pay monthly fees?

No. Buying the Helppet Tag is a one-time payment. No mandatory subscriptions or hidden costs.

What happens if my pet gets lost?

You can activate an alert from Helppet to notify people nearby and increase the visibility of the search. If someone finds your pet and scans the tag, they'll be able to quickly access the information needed to contact you.

What if the person who finds my pet doesn't know how to use NFC?

If someone finds your pet, they can try scanning the Helppet Tag by tapping their phone against it. On top of that, anyone can post a found-pet alert on Helppet with physical characteristics, location and other relevant details. That alert can be matched with your lost-pet alert and help you connect faster.

Will the person who finds my pet see all my details?

No. You decide what information to show. Helppet puts your privacy first and only shares the contact details needed to help you get your pet back.

Does the tag replace the microchip?

No. The microchip is still mandatory and important. The Helppet Tag acts as an extra layer of prevention and speeds up contact when someone finds your pet.

How long does delivery take?
